Summary
The problem statement was to identify Aha Moments(high-value problems) in SmartCue and provide a technically feasible solution to those problems.
Purpose- The purpose of working on this problem statement was to explore PM and understand the responsibilities of a product manager.
My Role- I was mainly responsible for understanding the problem statement, doing relevant research, thinking of possible features and making their wireframes.
Team- We had a group of 2. The other team member worked on RICE matrix prioritisation, Product Development & GTM Strategy and HEART Metrics.
Duration- 1 week(28 August to 4 September)
Results

Interesting set of feature requests. Especially the Demo Assistance Feature. All the features are nice to have and will become essential to retain a user.

Key Learnings☘️
Since the project involved a lot of ideation and brainstorming in the process, it enhanced my thinking capacities; I could see things from the perspective of a Product Manager
Distributing work within the team and working as a team most efficiently was what I learnt, among other things.
